3 times I’ve been here , great costumer service, and always friendly staff and most of them are bilingual!

For my experience it was very bad the truth, on the part of the work team. I went for the first time to apply to receive the vaccines within 90 days of arriving in the country, which is the time that they have regulated so that you can qualify, being that, months went by and I went several times to ask and they only told me not to worry that I was in the system, that there was a delay, that immigration knew it and that they would call me. Months continued to pass and I went again and they only repeated the delay, but trusting what they told me, ok. And it turns out that when they call me after a year of having gone they tell me that they could not do anything because the year of being here in the country had already passed. That not being enough, they tell me that if I went several times they really should have given me an appointment. What do they do with the information they have in their system, I don't know! The truth is terrible. So if someone is in that process you already know!
